These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the ACX BRANDED website and the courier, freight, pickup, packing, and warehousing services provided by ACX BRANDED PVT LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a shipment or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We arrange domestic and international parcel and courier movement, including door-to-door delivery, pickup, packing, and warehousing, either through our own operations or through carrier partners such as airlines and express networks. Service availability, transit time, and price depend on origin, destination, weight, dimensions, and the contents of the shipment.

2. Your responsibilities

• Provide a complete and accurate sender and receiver name, address, phone number, and shipment description.
• Declare the correct contents, value, weight, and any items that need special handling.
• Pack goods so they can withstand normal transport, unless you have booked our packing service.
• Ensure the shipment does not contain prohibited, restricted, or illegal items.
• Obtain any licences, invoices, or documents required for export, import, or customs clearance.

3. Prohibited items

We do not accept items that are illegal, dangerous, or barred by the destination country or by our carrier partners. This includes, among other things, explosives, flammable materials, illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, currency where restricted, and live animals. We may refuse, hold, or return a shipment that was not correctly declared.

4. Rates and payment

Quotes are estimates based on the details you provide. The final charge may change if the actual weight, dimensions, destination, or service differs from the booking. Duties, taxes, remote-area fees, and storage are extra unless a quote states otherwise. Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or on the invoice issued to your account.

5. Transit and delivery

Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed, except where a specific service with a written delivery commitment has been booked and accepted. Delivery is made to the address supplied by you. If the receiver is unavailable, the carrier may leave a notice, attempt redelivery, or hold the shipment according to local practice.

6. Liability

Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and by the conditions of the carrier that moves the shipment. We are not liable for delay or loss caused by customs, weather, strikes, incorrect addresses, inadequate packing supplied by the customer, or prohibited contents. Optional shipment cover, where offered, is subject to its own terms.

7. Customs

International shipments may be inspected by customs. Duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the sender or receiver, as stated on the booking. We do not control customs decisions or clearance times.

8. Accounts and website use

Account holders must keep login details confidential. You may not use this website to submit false shipment data, interfere with tracking, or misuse another person’s information. We may suspend a booking or account if these terms are breached.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The date above shows when they were last updated. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
